Crowne Plaza College Park - Washington DC

My experience was absolutely fantastic! Because of my excellent time at Crowne Plaza a few weeks ago, I made the choice to stay again. This is my 2nd stay at this location in 30 days. Twice in one month speaks volumes! I'd also like to make note that there was about 3 different student groups, almost 200 high school & middle school students, I DID NOT HEAR A PEEP!!!! The hotel was intentional to place these students in designated areas, so guests that were not apart of their group wouldn't be affected by the chatter of active teens. I absolutely appreciate this method and to be honest, I was completely unaware of their presence until they met in the lobby. I APPRECIATE THIS!

The location was about 30 minutes from the Capitol One Arena, snack prices weren't that bad, bed very comfy although the pillows were way to soft.

Breakfast buffet was good; it was included for an extra $10 in the room rate on Booking.com. Normally would have been $18x2, a little pricey. Cleanliness and newness of bed, fixtures, linens, etc, was good. Lighting in the room was good. Quiet on our guest floor. Gym was nice for a hotel. Plenty of free parking. Real shower w door instead of tub/shower w curtain.

Convenient location to UMD, excellent value, clean, professional, courteous staff, great breakfast (but expensive), good food and bar on property.

Traveling for work this hotel exceeded expectations or a quick trip and it was chosen based on location to my meeting. Upon checking in, the staff were beyond helpful and friend (that's super important to me), helped with a speedy check in, answered questions I had about the restaurant and hours. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and honestly it offered more space than I was expecting. Had dinner at the bar and the staff there were amazing as well. The food and drinks were delicious. Overall cleanliness was great and you could tell it had been renovated recently. If needed, I would definitely stay here again!
